The Sherab EduStore platform (accessible at https://store.sherab.org) enables users to purchase access to online courses and educational offerings that are hosted on our e-learning platform at https://sherab.org (the “Learning Platform”). These services are offered to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By accessing our platform and/or enrolling in our courses, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, students, instructors, and contributors of content.

1. ONLINE COURSE PLATFORM TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of maturity in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of maturity in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this platform.
You may not use our courses or platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services and access to the platform.
2. COURSE ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS
When you enroll in a course on our platform:
– You receive a license to access and view the course content for personal, non-commercial use only
– Course access is typically granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase (e.g., lifetime access, 1 year, 6 months)
– You may not share, distribute, or resell course content or your account access
– We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated
– Course content, including videos, materials, and resources, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
3. USER ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to:
– Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
– Maintain and promptly update your account information
– Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
– Immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your account
– Not share your account credentials with others.
4. COURSE CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Dharmaduta Services LLP or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not:
– Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the course content
– Record, download (except where explicitly allowed), or redistribute course materials
– Use course content for commercial purposes
– Modify or create derivative works from the course content.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All course fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated, and prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway.
For users in India:
Course fees do not include GST.
18% GST (9% CGST + 9% SGST for same-state, or 18% IGST for interstate) will be added at checkout.
For users outside India:
No GST is charged.
If payment is made in another currency, Razorpay’s exchange rates will apply.
Razorpay may charge payment gateway fees, and 18% GST is applied on those fees as per Indian tax laws.
These currency conversion rates, payment gateway fees, and associated taxes are determined and charged by the payment gateway and are beyond our control. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all course enrollments, and to promptly update your account and payment information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Once payment is confirmed, you will receive immediate access to the enrolled course(s).
6. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refunds are not provided unless agreed upon in advance by the course provider. Once payment is made and the course or service has commenced, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted.
7. COURSE DELIVERY
All courses on Sherab (https://sherab.org/) are delivered digitally through our online learning platform. To ensure seamless access, please use the same email address on both the Sherab EduStore (https://store.sherab.org) and the Sherab learning platform (https://sherab.org).
Once your payment is successfully processed through Razorpay, you will be instantly enrolled in the purchased course(s). You can directly access your enrolled courses by logging into your account at https://sherab.org.
The duration of course access (lifetime, limited-time, or subscription-based) will be clearly specified at the time of purchase. Courses can be accessed anytime from any device — computer, tablet, or smartphone — using your Sherab account credentials.
8. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as outlined in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from:
– Using the platform for any unlawful purpose
– Harassing, abusing, or harming other users or instructors
– Submitting false or misleading information
– Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users’ accounts
– Uploading viruses or malicious code
– Scraping, copying, or attempting to reverse engineer the platform
– Interfering with the proper functioning of the platform.
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
We do not guarantee that:
– The platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
– The course content will meet your specific requirements or expectations
– Any errors in the platform will be corrected
– The courses will lead to specific outcomes, certifications, or employment
The platform and all courses are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Dharmaduta Services LLP and its team will not be responsible for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind — including loss of money, data, or profits — that happens from using our platform or courses.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to protect and compensate Dharmaduta Services LLP, including its team and partners, against any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that result from your breaking these Terms, violating any law, or infringing on someone else’s rights.
12. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
When your account is terminated, you must stop using the platform immediately. However, certain parts of these Terms — like ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limits of liability — will still remain in effect even after termination.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan shall apply to any disputes arising from these terms.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates to our website.
